Return Policy

In order that a return or refund request may be considered, please note that it is our requirement that if the merchandise purchased is received damaged, customers must inspect the merchandise and notify us by e-mail or phone of any damages within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise.  A photo or video of the damage and the condition as well as proof of purchase is normally required before a return or refund can be considered.

We are not responsible for loss of merchandise shipped to the address provided by customers arising from mis-delivery or theft.

Subject to the damaged merchandise condition outlined above, we can refund products returned with a receipt within 14 days of purchase in its original packaging and in good condition. Refund will normally be made via the same venue as the original purchase payment unless otherwise expressly agreed by us. Customers will be responsible for any shipping cost involved.  We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please contact us first by e-mail to info@tinkyada.com or phone so that we have pre-notice of the return and so that we may understand, evaluate and/or resolve any issues.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return acceptance will not be accepted and will be disposed without compensation and at our sole discretion.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
